We use information about you and other members for the purposes of carrying out the following:
to help you learn more about the charitable works that you support,
enable The Sands Cox Charity to provide Bursaries to the University of Birmingham Medical and Dental Students,
give you news and information via the annual Journal Aesculapius and the Website. Also, we may contact you from time to time by post, phone, email, or other electronic means.

We respect your rights and retain a record of your personal information to give you consistent service. We will always retain your personal information in accordance with the law and regulations and never retain your information for longer than is necessary.
